I mostly download academic stuff (from ) and don't condone downloading smut (felt obliged to mention that - my sincere advice to you don't let that stuff rot your brain!). The new team also responds quite quickly to any bug reports and also open to hearing you out concerning feature suggestions. Everything pretty much works as one would hope for now (at the start I occasionally had some failures but haven't had a single one in the last couple of weeks I think). And - if it matters to you - Icerbox is one of the hosts they support. They've continued to honor contracts made with old customers (luckily I still have several months left) and introduced new features like torrenting (which I use a lot) and Usenet (which I haven't tried). However the management recently changed and the new team are really working hard to make Zevera great. Even though I had purchased (IIRC) a three year unlimited-traffic account, for the first two years I ended up barely using because it almost never managed to download anything. Original review: The new management has really turned things around! From the very beginning, Zevera had been a cheap but less-than-mediocre service that had (over time) turned into total crap.
